72 Ounces of beer is one six-pack.  Take a Cooler and throw a bag of ice in it. Add beer, white liquor and frozen Lemon Lime Daqueri mix. Stir until Daqueri mix has liquified. Enjoy.

4 Parts Whiskey
2 Parts Sweet Vermouth
3 Parts Cranberry juice
1/2 Part (Max) Lemon Juice
dash Bitters

The ratio of base (everything but soda) to soda is 3:1.  Mix all together in a punch bowl with a cake of ice.

Frozen fruit
Water

Mix Lemonade in very large punch bowl. Add soda and frozen fruit. Open sherbet and dump the entire package of it into punch (it will float on the top). Due to the frozen fruit and Sherbet, there is really no need for ice until later, or unless it it very hot.

1 can Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
0 Lime Slice
1 can Frozen Limeade concentrate
1 can Orange Juice
0.67 cup Jose Cuervo® Tequila
9 cups Water

Put frozen juices in a medium-size punch bowl or large pitcher. Stir in water. Add tequila, ginger ale, and if desired, about 1/4 cup grenadine. Add ice; stir again. Garnish with lime slices. Makes 12 cups.

MONARCHY LUAU PUNCH

1 Pineapple Chunks
1/2 Brandy
2 Sugar 
3 Pineapple Juice
1/2 Gal. White Wine
1 Quart Champagne 

Remove rind and core form pineapple, coarsely chop fruit. Combine pineapple, brandy and sugar, marinate 6 hours or overnight. Pour pineapple juice into a ring mold and freeze. Add wine to pineapple-brandy mixture, refrigerate 30 minutes. Add pineapple juice ring and champagne just before serving.

4.5 oz. Amaretto
4.5 oz. Brandy
4.5 oz. Cherry Liqueur

Pour all ingredients except ginger ale into a large punch bowl. Chill in refrigerator for at least one hour. Add ginger ale when ready to serve and stir gently. Garnish top with julienne chopped almonds.

Mix with ice in a Tupperware dish pan. Serve in 16 oz glasses (with caution). Tastes great, but can lead to wastedness if comsumed too quickly, hence the name NULL & VOID punch.

PINA COLADA PUNCH

46 oz. Pineapple Juice
15 oz. Coconut Cream
1 Coconut Syrup
1 Cinnamon 
1.5 Pineapple Soda
1 Pint Vanilla Ice Cream

Chill pineapple juice and soda. Blend first four ingredients in a blender until creamy. (I've found a hand blender works very well since my blender won't hold all of this liquid or you could split it into two batches.) This can be done ahead of time and put back into the fridge until serving time. When your ready to serve, place coconut mixture in punch bowl, add ice cream and allow it to dissolve somewhat. When ice cream has dissolved almost completely, add pineapple soda. Add ice ring and decorate the frothy top of the punch with thin orange slices. If you wanted to make this alcoholic, cut back a little on the amount of soda and add a bit of rum - I like it with Captain Morgan Spiced Rum.

PINEAPPLE PUNCH

1 Red Wine
15 Tea 
10 Pineapple Juice
80 ml. Rum 
1 Lemon Juice
10 Sugar 
20 Pineapple Chunks
50 ml. Sherry 

Put the pineapple pieces in a punch bowl and pour the sherry over them. Chill for 2 hours. Put tea and sugar in a pot, add red wine, lemon juice and rum. Heat but do not boil the mixture. Pour over the pineapple pieces.

1 Part Vodka

1 Lime 
Ice

Mix pink lemonade per instructions on can. Add vodka, slices of lime, and ice. Mix well. Enjoy on a hot summer day on the boat!

RED RUDY FROST PUNCH

1 Pint Cranberry juice

1.5 cups Lemon Juice

1 Pint Raspberry schnapps

Combine cranberry juice, lemon juice and sugar, blanding well.  Chill.  Pour over ice in punch bowl.  Add gingerale and schnapps.  Sreve at once.

Build all ingrediants in a collins glass, cover, shake and serve

1 Fifth Red Wine
1 oz. Brandy
1 oz. Triple Sec 
1 tbs. Sugar 
1 l. Club Soda 
20 Slices Mixed Fruit

Combine alcohols (including wine), sugar and fruit.  Refrigerate for 8 or more hours.  Add Club Soda, stir and serve.  The Brandy and Triple Sec are optional.  The fruit should be a combination of orange, lemon and lime slices and pinapple chunks.  For a white Sangria, substitute white wine for red.

SANGRIA #2

5 Sugar 
2 oranges
1 Orange Juice
3 Apples
1 Dry Red Wine
2 Cognac
1/2 Orange Peel
2 Soda Water
10 Ice

Peel the apples and cut into small cubes. Peel the oranges, take out the pips and cut them into small cubes. Warm the orange juice, the sugar and the mandarin peels until the sugar dissolves. Mix all the ingredients - except the ice and the soda. The ice and the soda add just before serving.

1 Orange 
1 Lemon 
1 White Wine
2 tbs. Sugar 
1 oz. Brandy
1 oz. Cointreau®
2 cups Ice
1 cup Club Soda 

Cut orance and half (1/2 into thin slices),  and juice the other half of the orange. Cut the lemon into thin slices and combine with orange juice, wine, sugar, brandy and contreau. Chill. To serve, add ice and club soda, stir gently

In large punch bowl combine lemon and curacao. Slowly stir in champagne. Serve immediately.

Nutmeg     

Add the egg nog and Goldschlager together in a bowl.  Add nutmeg if desired.

SKI JUMPER'S PUNCH

8 oz. Sugar 
4 oz. Lemon Juice
4 oz. Orange Juice
4 oz. Curacao 
1 Bottle Rum 
1 Pint. Tea 

Dissolve the sugar with the juices in a large saucepan; add the tea. At the same time - in a seperate pan - heat the curacao and the rum and then combine with the punch. Stir well and serve in a chafing dish piping hot.

1 can Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
1 can Frozen Limeade concentrate
2 cup Orange Juice
1 l. Vodka

Mix all (really!) in a BIG container.  Add Sprite (1 liter).  Enjoy your skipping.

1 Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum®
8 oz. Martinelli's Sparkling Cider
dash cinnamon stick

Used crushed ice. Can be made in any size from punchbowl to personal serving.

STEAMING HOT HOLIDAY PUNCH

3 cups Apple Juice
1.5 tsp. ground Cinnamon
0 cinnamon stick
0.75 tsp. ground Cloves
6 cups Cranberry juice
0.75 cup Maple Syrup
0.75 tsp. ground Nutmeg
3 cups Orange Juice
2 tsp. Powdered Sugar

Combine all the ingredients in a very large heavy pan, except the cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil and turn to simmer for few minutes. You can put the ingredients in a crockpot after it has boiled and keep warm over low heat.

STRAWBERRY BOLLE

3 Champagne 
1 Champagne 
1 Strawberries 
8 tbs. Sugar 

Sprinkle strawberries with sugar, add one bottle Moselle. Chill for several hours. To serve, pour into large bowl with ice, add the rest of the wine. Serve in small wine glasses.

STRAWBERRY PUNCH #1

10 oz. Strawberries 
6 oz. Lemonade 
1 Pint lemon-lime sherbet
1 Quart Ginger Ale

Allow strawberries to thaw for a couple of hours in fridge. Prepare lemonade and chill. Combine all just before serving and mix until sherbet is dissolved. Place ice ring in to keep punch cold.

0.5 oz. Jägermeister®

Take one 12 oz. can of frozen concentrated Lemonade.  Dump into a pitcher.  Fill the can with 12 oz of vodka.  Pour in two to three cans of beer (light beer is best) and enjoy.

SYLLABUB

2 White Wine
3 Milk 
5 tbs. grated lemon rinds
2 Light Cream
1/3 Lemon Juice
4 Egg White 
1/2 Sugar 
Nutmeg 

Combine wine, lemon rind, and juice. Stir in 1 cup of the sugar and let stand until sugar dissolves. Combine milk and cream, add wine mixture, and beat with a rotary beater until frothy. Beat egg whites until stiff, add remaining 1/2 cup sugar, a little at a time, beating constantly until whites stand in peaks. Pour wine mixture into punch bowl, top with puffs of egg white, and sprinkle whites with nutmeg.

2 shot Jose Cuervo® Tequila

Dissolve the sugar in the boiling water and chill in the fridge. This step is best done before the party/drinking session. Put the tequila and lemon juice in the pitcher and fill with soda water and ice. Then mix sugar syrup to taste.

Combine first 6 ingredients in blender and freeze until firm.  To serve punch, partially thaw fruit mixture.  Place in punch bowl and break into chunks.  Add ginger ale and white wine to taste.

2 cups Orange Juice
1 tsp. cloves
1 cinnamon stick
4 allspice

Bring to a boil in a saucepan and reduce heat to simmer.  Simmer gently for 15 minutes, stirring and muttering appropriate incantations.  Serve in ghoulish glasses, garnish with an orange slice if desired.

Put lemons and oranges in bottom of large pitcher. In sauce pan, boil sugar and water until dissolved. Pour over fruit. Add wine, soda, ice. Stir well and serve.

Put the Vodka and the sugar into a container.   Slice 10 lemons and 10 limes and add them to the Vodka.  Mix for 10 minutes or until the sugar has dissolved.
