1 Fifth Triple Sec 
3 Kool-Aid® Mix (Orange)

Make Kool-Aid as normal, except add double the amount of sugar. After Kool-Aid is made add Triple sec. Serve Chilled.

Pour the ingredients into the glass and stir.

2 tsp. lemon-lime drink mix
1 cup Water

Add vodka to glass over ice.  Then add water and lemon lime mix.  Stir until all is dissolved.

Chill both ingredients!! Mix in a tumbler and enjoy!

2 Galloms Apple Cider
1 Bottle Everclear®
1 cup Honey
1 cup Sugar 
7 Stick Cinnamon 

Mix all above ingreadients in large container, pour into covered glass containers and let set for two months ocassionally shaking.  After the two month time period, and when ready to enjoy, do not filter drink.  Shake container and pour. This is an especially good drink for those cold winter nights, and will warm you to the core.

46 oz. Apricot Nectar
46 oz. Pineapple Juice
18 oz. Frozen Limeade concentrate
6 l. Ginger Ale

mix in a punch bowl, add ice ring with lime slices frozen inside

1/2 Brandy

Combine all the ingredients in a large punch bowl with a block of ice. If found too dry, sugar syrup may be added. Decorate with twists of lemon peel.

1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
2 oz. Orange Juice
2 oz. Pineapple Juice

1 oz. coconut flavor Rum
1/2 oz. Cherry Herring

Shake with cracked ice.  Serve in a 12 oz. glass.   Garnish with a cherry and 1/2 slice orange in a tooth pick.

7 Water
3 1/2 Sugar 
5 Banana, mashed
6 Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
6 Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
46 Pineapple Juice
1 Quart Ginger Ale

Boil water and sugar for 5 minutes. Cool and add the remaining ingredients except ginger ale. Freeze. Remove from freezer 2 to 3 hours before serving. Mix with ginger ale. Float assorted fruit in punch bowl. Vodka could also be added.

Shake and strain into collins glass with ice. Garnish with  a cherry.

BLONDE SMOOTHIE

1/2 Gal. Ice Cream 
750  ml. White Wine
15 oz. Fruit cocktail

Scoop ice-cream into a large bowl (stainless or glass,  but plastic will do). Slowly pour wine into bowl and mix until smooth (but not runny, or melted). Fold in (well drained) fruit cocktail. Serve in wine glass with ice-cream scoop (add tacky paper umbrella if desired). Keep in freezer when not being served.

Best made in a punch bowl.  Fill 1/3 of the bowl or pitcher with lemonade, 1/3 with Fruit Punch flavoured Kool-Aid, and 1/3 with Ginger Ale.  Add Vodka to taste.  Named after NHL player Doug Gilmour.

75 cl. Champagne 
12 oz. Strawberries 

Combine sugar and lemon juice, stir until sugar dissolved. Chill, pur over ice ring in a punch bowl. Add Chablis and Champagne; gently stir to mix. Garnish with a strawberry.

BULLFROG (THE PARTY MIX)

1/2 Gal. Vodka
1 Part Grain Alcohol
2 l. Ginger Ale
2 l. Lemon Lime soda
2 l. Sprite
2 Lemons
2 Lime 

Pour in the soda, and then add the Vodka. After mixing pour in the grain alcohol. Use a knife and cut the lemons and limes and squeeze the juice out of them. store bought lime and lemon juice can be substituted. Now you have a great party drink and should have a good night.

Mix sugar, brandy and 5 bottles champagne in a punch bowl. Then stir in orange, lemon and lime sliced thin into rounds, pineapple chunks and ice. Stir until well mixed. To complete, garnish with strawberries and pour a final bottle of champagne theatrically over the top.

2 cups Lemon Juice

4 oz. Bourbon

3 oranges

Stir the lemon juice and sugar together in a large punch bowl until the sugar is dissolved.  Add the claret, brandy, apricot brandy, bourbon, Cointreau, club soda, and cold tea.  Stir well.  Add 1 large block of ice and garnish with the orange slices.

1 Vodka
8 cans Beer
2 cans Frozen Limeade concentrate

In a large container, fill half way with ice. Pour in all contents and mix well. You are ready to serve.

1 Quart Cranberry juice

12.0 oz. Frozen Lemonade Concentrate

One of the cans of lemonade concentrate may be diluted and frozen to make an ice ring or cubes. Combine juices and chill.  Add ginger ale just before serving.  Garnish with orange slices.  Yields 1.5 gallons.

4 Cranberry juice
1 1/2 Sugar 
4 Pineapple Juice
1 almond extract
2 Ginger Ale

Combine first four ingredients. Stir until sugar is dissolved, chill. Then add ginger ale just before serving. Add ice ring to keep punch cold.

CRANBERRY RUM TEA

2 oz. Cranberry juice
1 fill Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum®
4 oz. Arizona Raspberry Iced Tea

Works best with two 8-oz bottles of Arizona Iced Tea (Raspberry Flavor is best). Empty one (mix up some other drink with it) and fill it half full using the other one. Add a little over 2-oz of cranberry juice to each (right about where the neck becomes narrow on the glsas bottles) and fill the rest of the way with the rum.

1 Pineapple Chunks
2 cups Lemon Juice
1 cup Sugar 
2 Fifths Champagne 
1 Fifth Dry White Wine
4 oz. Cointreau®
2 oz. Brandy
1 Quart Club Soda 
2 Pints Strawberries 

Take half of the peeled and cored pineapple and chop it finely.  Thinly slice the other half.  Stir the lemon juice and sugar together in a large punch bowl until the sugar is dissolved.  Add the chopped pineapple, Champagne, white wine, Cointreau, brandy, and club soda.  Stir well.  Add 1 large block of ice and garnish with the sliced pineapple and the strawberries.

DANCING DUTCHMAN

25 tsp. Vodka
5 cups Ice
5 cups Strawberry juice
1 cup White Wine
1 cup Lime Juice
3 cups Peach Nectar
15 tsp. Scotch

Mix fruit juices together in one bowl, place in blender with ice  cubes. When slushy mixture is complete, stir in alcohol and shake until completly mixed. Place mixture in punchbowl, and float cherries in the bowl if desired.

This is the punch we serve at our annual Halloween party. We use a big, black, plastic cauldron to mix this punch in. You can use any LARGE vat to concoct this wonderful drink. Add all alcohols first, then add juices.  Add the Sprite just before serving.  If you want... do as we do, and drop in chunks of dry-ice to create a bubbling, smoking cauldron of pure Halloweeen evil!  It's safe to drink, and does not really change the taste all that much!  YAHOO!  GET DERAILED!

Mix the last little bit of each bottle of liquor you have left. (works best if all liquors are close to equal) Add a package of Kool-Aid, about 1 - 2 cups of sugar (taste until you find the desired amount)

0.5 Gal. Red Wine
1 Quart Vodka

This receipe makes 1 gallon of Grog punch.  Pour the half gallon of Red wine into a one gallon punch bowl, pour in one quart of ginger ale, pour in one quart of 100 proof vodka, then add the can of beer.  Add ice to the mixture and stir.

6 Eggs
1 Sugar 
1 Heavy Cream
1 Milk 
1 Bourbon 
1 oz. Rum 

Separate 6 eggs. Beat yolks well. Beat in 1/2 cup sugar. Clean/degrease beaters and bowl. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Beat in 1/2 cup sugar. Fold in yolks to whites. Gently stir in 1 pt heavy cream, 1 pt milk, 1 pt bourbon, and 1 oz rum. Serve as is or well chilled. Double recipe to fill a punch bowl.

EGG NOG - COOKED

1 Granulated Sugar
2 Water
1/2 tsp. Lemon Juice
6 Eggs
4 Milk 
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/8 tsp. Nutmeg 
1/8 tsp. Salt 
3/4 Heavy Cream
2 hazelnut liqueur
1 Powdered Sugar

Here's an egg nog recipe using cooked eggs, so no one has to be paranoid about salmonella. Mix granulated sugar, 2 Tbl. of water, and lemon juice in a med. sized sauce pan. Let boil, cook 5 min, until it turns dark amber. Remove from heat, and slowly stir in remaining 1/4 c. of water. Beat eggs and milk together in a bowl. Stir into sugar mixture, cook over med.-low heat for about 10 to 12 minutes. (It should thicken enough to stick to spoon) Poor into a clean bowl, stir in vanilla, nutmeg and salt. Refigerate, covered, until cold. Before serving, beat together cream, liquer, adn 10x sugar, until soft peaks form. Pour chilled eggnog into a serving bowl, fold in whipped cream with a whisk.

EGG NOG - KATIE'S

1 Eggs
1 1/2 Confectioner's Sugar
1 Pint Rye
1/3 Pint Rum 
1/4 Pint Peach Schnapps
2 Quarts Milk 
1 Quart Half 'n Half
1 Pint Heavy Cream

Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon yellow, then beat in 1 cup confectioners sugar. Add slowly the rye, rum and peach liquer. Beat until smooth. Add the milk and half-and-half. Beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry, gradually adding 1/2 cup of confectioners sugar. Fold the egg whites into the batter. Just before serving, whip the cream and fold it into the other ingredients. Garnish with ground nutmeg. Notes: Half-and-half is like a light cream, confectioner's sugar is also called powdered sugar or icing sugar.

1 Quart Egg Nog
1 Quart Egg Nog Ice cream
1 Part Myer's® Dark rum
1 Part Brandy

Allow ice-cream to soften. Mix all of the ingredients together and refrigerate. Serve with ground nutmeg sprinkled on top. Serve in a punch bowl or another big bowl

EGGNOG - 'KENTUCKY-STYLE'

1 Quart Heavy Cream
6 Eggs
1 Sugar 
2 Bourbon 

Separate eggs. Beat yolks, add sugar. Add bourbon slowly while beating. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold whites into egg yolk mixture, then fold whipped cream into mixture. Refrigerate for more than 4 days. Stir frequently to avoid separation. Color will change to a pale Serve w/nutmeg or cinnamon.

Ice

Your Favorite Flavor of Boone's (optional) Freeze or refrigerate all liquor ahead of time. Find a large vat and mix the rum and vodka. 
Then find out the proper amount of lemonade mix for that quantity of liquid and add twice that.  Mix until completely dissolved. 
Add peach schnapps and ice (ice optional). Mix Boone's (or water for a tame version) to taste. Be careful... it's almost too easy to drink if mixed right.

Pour Orange juice and Peach schnapps in a punch bowl.  Add the vodka.  Pour the bottles of strawberry daquiri in after.  Stir a little.  Serve.

Combine all ingredients except 151, shake well with ice,  pour into highball glass and top it off with Bacardi 151.

1 cup Wine 
1 tbs. Sugar 
1 Slice Lemon 

For each person, you need: You also need some cloves and cinnamon sticks.  Add about 6 cloves and one cinnamon stick for each litre of the mixture.  (Use more or less depending on taste - another friend prefers a stronger clove taste.) Put the sugar, lemon slices and spices in a pot and heat gently until the sugar is melted.  (It may be necessary to poke at the lemon with a fork to release the juice.) Add wine and heat gently, stirring, until drinking temperature is reached.  Leave it for a while for a stronger spice/lemon flavour. If you are concerned about the alcohol, you can boil it gently for a while which will remove the alcohol. A slightly different flavour can be obtained by including some vanilla beans.

Beat yolks until light. Add sugar and mix well. Add milk and rum. Mix well, then chill for at least 3 hours. One hour before serving, whip cream and stir into chilled mixture. Return to refrigerator for an hour. Serve in punch cups and dust with nutmeg.
