1 Part Pineapple Juice
1 Part Cream

shake with ice and pour into a highball glass

6 oz. Orange Juice
1/2 tsp. Grenadine
1 Orange Slice

Pour the juice and grenadine into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes.  Stir well.  Garnish with the orange slice.

1 Banana
1/4 cup Blueberries
1/4 cup Raspberries
2 oz. Milk 
4 oz. Orange Juice

Place all of the ingredients into a blender.  Blend well.  Pour into a collins glass.

20 cl. Tomato Juice
4 Juice of Lime Juice
2 cl. Orange Juice
4 cl. Carbonated Water

COCONAPPLE

4 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Coconut Cream
1/2 cup Crushed Ice

In a blender, combine all of the ingredients.  Blend well.  Pour into a collins glass.

CRANBERRY JUICE COCKTAIL

1 Cranberries
5 Water
Salt 
2 Orange Slice
1/2 Sugar 

Wash the cranberries and put them into a nonreactive saucepan with the water, a pinch of salt and if you wish, the orange slices. Cook over medium heat until all the berries burst -- about 10 minutes. Pour the fruit and liquid into a cheesecloth-lined sieve. Strain the juice to the saucepan, add the sugar and boil for two or three minutes. Taste and add more sugar if it is needed. Cool and chill the juice before serving.

0.75 oz. Grapefruit Juice 
1 tsp. Honey

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled glass.

1 oz. Strawberries 
1/4 Banana
1/2 oz. Grenadine
3 oz. Piña Colada Mix

frappe, garnish with strawberry and banana slice

Coupette Glass

FRUIT PUNCH

2 Kool-Aid® Mix (unsweetened, red)
4 l. Soda 
1 can Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
1 can Pineapple Juice

Make up the kool-aid ahead of time, by dissolving in a small amount on water (as little as possible). Don't add sugar! Cool this mixture. With everything cold, mix it all together, just before the party. You can add sherbert to keep it cold, or make ice cubes, or an ice cube ring, using the kool-aid mixture. You probably won't need to add any sure to this, as the soda, lemondade, and pineapple juice should contain plenty.

FRUIT SMOOTHIE, BLUEBERRIES

8 oz. Orange Juice
1 Banana
0.5 cup Blueberries

Peel and slice banana. Combine ingredients in electric blender. Blend at low speed. Pour in a highball glass and garnish with assorted fruits.

GRAPEFRUIT LEMONADE

2 cl. Grenadine
6 cl. Grapefruit Juice 
Soda Water

Place some ice cubes in a large tumbler, add grenadine syrup and grapefruit juice, top up with soda water. Stir a little and serve with a drinking straw.

LEMONADE, GOLDEN

1 Juice of Lemon 
2 tsp. Sugar 
1 Egg 
6 oz. Water

Shake with ice and strain into collins glass. Decorate with slices of orange and lemon, and a cherry.

1 tbs. Lime Juice
fill With Tonic Water

Add lime juice to tall glass filled with ice. Top with tonic water. Garnish with lime wedge.

MAY BLOSSOM FIZZ

2 oz. Swedish Punch 
1 tsp. Grenadine
Lemon Juice
Carbonated Water 

Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.

1/2 Sugar 
1 1/2 Water
1/2 Orange Juice
2 Cranberry juice
1 Pineapple Juice
4 l. 7-Up

MOSSTROOPER

1/2 cup Ice
1 glass Root Beer 
1 squirt 7-Up

Start with half a glass of ice. Fill almost full with root beer and add a little 7-Up. Just stir with a straw or other convenient item.  Drink before the ice melts, otherwise it tastes bitter.

ORANGATANG

1 Orange Juice
1 Cranberry juice

Place all ingredients in the blender jar - cover and whiz on medium speed until well blended. Pour in one tall, 2 medium or 3 small glasses and drink up.

ORANGE COCKTAIL

2 cl. Lemon Juice
6 cl. Orange Juice

Stir lemon juice and orange juice in a mixing glass, strain into a large cocktail glass.

ORANGE VELVET

2 cl. Cream
2 cl. Pineapple Juice
5 cl. Orange Juice

Shake cream, pineapple juice and orange juice with some ice. Strain into a large cocktail glass.

ORGEAT LEMONADE

3 cl. Lemon Juice
5 cl. Orgeat Syrup 
Soda Water

Mix lemon juice and orgeat syrup in a tumbler with 2-3 small ice cubes. Fill up with soda water and stir.

2 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Grenadine
1 dash Bitters 
Top With Ginger Ale

Add grenadine, lemon juice and bitters to collins glass filled with ice. Top with ginger ale. Notch an orange slice and slide down side of glass.

PARISETTE

1 tsp. Grenadine
Milk 

Pour grenadine syrup over some ice cubes in a large tumbler. Stir. Fill up with cold milk. Stir again, serve with a drinking straw.

2 tsp. Simple Syrup
Lemon Juice
Ginger Ale

Mix sugar syrup with lemon juice in a tall glass. Fill up with ginger ale.

6 oz. Tomato Juice
3 oz. Tonic Water
Lemon Slice

Pour juice and tonic over ice into a collins glass.  Garnish with lemon or lime slice.

3 oz. Orange Juice
3 oz. Peach Nectar
1 tbs. Lemon Juice
2 dashes Grenadine
Orange Slice

Shake liquids with ice and strain into a collins glass.  Garnish with orange slice.

7 oz. Tomato Juice
0.5 oz. Lemon Juice
0.125 tsp. Salt 
0.125 tsp. Black Pepper
0.125 tsp. Celery Seed

Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes.  Combine Vodka, Tomato Juice, Lemon Juice, Salt, Pepper, Celery Seed, Worcestershire, and Tabasco.  Shake well and strain into a Highball glass mostly filled with ice cubes.  Garnish with celery stick and lime wedg

1 Plain Yogurt
1 Frozen fruit
Ice

Place all ingredients in the blender jar - cover and whiz on medium speed until well blended. Pour in one tall, 2 medium or 3 small glasses and drink up. Note: Use lots of ice in this one - great on hot days! To add ice: Remove the center of the cover while the blender is on - drop 3 or 4 ice cubs and blend until they're completely crushed.
