In an old-fashioned glass, dissolve the sugar in the club soda. Add crushed ice until the glass is almost full.  Add the brandy. Stir well. Garnish with the cherry and the orange and lemon slices.

2 oz. Brandy
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Sugar 
1/2 tsp. Grenadine
1 Maraschino Cherries
1 Orange Slice

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the brandy, lemon juice, sugar, and grenadine.  Shake well.  Pour into an old-fashioned glass and garnish with the cherry and the orange slice.

into collins glass put sugar, mint leaves and brandy, fill glass with finely shaved ice and stir until mint rises to top, being careful not to bruise leaves; garnish with slice of pineapple, orange, or lemon, and cherry.

2 oz. Brandy
1 cup Milk 
1 tsp. Powdered Sugar 
Nutmeg 

Shake brandy, milk, and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a collins glass. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.

4 Mint Sprig

1 Orange Slice

In an old-fashioned glass, muddle the mint sprigs lightly with the sugar and club soda.  Fill the glass with ice cubes.  Add the brandy.  Stir well and garnish with the orange slice and the cherry.

750  ml. Everclear®
17 50 Ml. Vodka
4 Gal. Cherry Kool-Aid

Needed - 5 gallon water jug and dispensing basin.  like those for spring water)1.  Mix Kool-Aid in 5 gallon water jug.2.  Add Alcohol.3.  Put ice in dispensing basin.4.  Tip over and serve.Note - You can use any flavor Kool-Aid, though Cherry is the original.  If you feel creative, add diced fruit to the jug.

Mix all ingredients over ice in a tall glass.  Add slice of any fruit.  Optional:  Add more malibu rum.  Also delicious:  Tropical Twister brand fruit juice for the orange juice and other juice-you must still also include pineapple juice for it to taste right.  Yum yum!!!

3 oz. Vodka

Mix Vodka, Rum, Tequila, Scotch into tall glass. Drink Lemon Lime Soda, then drink alcoholic mix. Scream, run to mommy, cry, repeat.

Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes.  Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake well.  Fill a Collins glass almost full of ice cubes, and strain drink into Collins glass.  Garnish with a Lemon slice and serve.

BUSHWACKER #2

Bailey's Irish Cream®
Amaretto
Kahlua®
Vodka
Grand Marnier®
Nutmeg 
Ice

Fill blender 3/4 with ice (small cubes best). Add a small splash of vodka, a small splash of Grand Marnier. Add a healthy serving of kahlua and a little less healthy splash of amarreto. Fill the blender with Bailey's until liquid is 1/2 inch from top of icecubes. Mix until smooth. Pour in hurricane glass and sprinkle some nutmeg on top! (Sorry about the vagueness. I learned this recipe while bartending in the Virgin Islands -- St. Thomas before it was demolished by Marylin. The drink is kick ass! The consistency should be like a milk shake, except without the milk. Also, this drink may be a bit expensive here (liquor is EXTREMELY cheap in the Caribbean)).

Pour into brandy snifter and enjoy neat or add an icecube and watch the mixture turn white.

1.5 oz. Whiskey
0.5 oz. Cherry Brandy
0.25 oz. Orange Juice
0.25 oz. Lemon Juice

Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes.  Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake well.  Fill a Tumbler almost full of ice cubes, and strain drink into Tumbler.

2 oz. Brandy
0.5 tsp. Cinnamon 
1 oz. Coffee
3 oz. Ice
1 oz. Milk

Put all ingredients except the cinnamon and mix on high until creamy and smouth then but some wiped cream on top and sprinkle the cinnamon on over it.

BUTTER CREAM

10 oz. Cream Soda
1.25 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps

Pour Schnapps over ice in tall glass.  Add cream soda to fill glass, stir.

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients.  Shake well.  Strain into a sour glass.
