fill Pepsi®

Pour the Captain Morgan's, and root beer schnapps over ice in a highball glass. Fill with Coke or Pepsi and serve.

Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes.  Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake well.  Fill a Tumbler almost full of ice cubes, and strain drink into Tumbler.  Garnish with an Orange slice and serve.

1 Pineapple Wedge

Pour the blue curacao in the glass. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake amaretto, rum, and pineapple juice. Pour it in the glass and stir. Garnish with pineapple slice.

3 oz. Club Soda

In an old-fashioned glass, dissolve the sugar in the club soda. Add crushed ice until the glass is almost full. Add the bourbon and stir well. Garnish with the cherry, orange and lemon slices.

Chill the coffee.  Mix all the ingredients in a punch bowl.  Serve with a small amount of ice.

Carbonated Water 
Twist of peel of Lemon 

Pour bourbon into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve. (Ginger ale may be substituted for carbonated water, if preferred.)

BOURBON OLD-FASHIONED

3 dashes Bitters 
1 tsp. Water
1 Sugar Cubes
3 oz. Bourbon 
1 Orange Slice
1 Maraschino Cherries

In an old-fashioned glass, muddle the bitters and water into the sugar cube, using the back of a teaspoon.  Almost fill the glass with ice cubes and add the bourbon.  Garnish with the orange slice and the cherry.  Serve with a swizzle stick.

1 Pint Half 'n Half
4 oz. Amaretto
1 Quart Ice Cream 
Shavings Chocolate

In large pitcher, combine, bourbon, coffee, half-and-half, and amaretto.  Chill well.  Place ice cream in large punch bowl.  Slowly stir in mixture from pitcher.  Decorate with chocolate shavings, if desired.

Layer the Vodka, Kahlua, and then the Dr.Pepper over ice.  Suck it down quickly through a straw and get a kleenex to wipe your eyes!

In a glass with ice, add vodka, tequila, and then apple juice to fill. Stir and serve

1/4 tsp. ground Nutmeg
