Grenadine

Fill glass with ice, add capt morgan and malibu.  Fill with the pineapple juice.  Float 1/2 oz of grenadine and then add 1/2 oz of a dark rum (meyers) for color. Found this to a very popular drink at my bar.

Mix together and drink however you want.

1 1/2 tsp. Lemon Juice

2 tsp. Benedictine
1 tsp. Sugar 
1 slice Lemon

Shake vodka, juice of lemon, and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a collins glass. Add several ice cubes, fill with carbonated water, and stir. Decorate with slices of orange, lemon, and top with the cherry. Serve with a straw.

Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes.  Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake well.  Strain drink into Sour glass.  Garnish with a Pineapple Slice and a Maraschino Cherry.

VODKA SUNSET

1.5 oz. Vodka
3 oz. Grapefruit Juice 
2 dashes Grenadine
Lime Peel

Pour 1.5 ounce of vodka over ice, in tumbler, add 4 parts grapefruit juice,  Stir.  Dash 1 to 2 tablespoons of grenedine over top (to suit, and sweetness), then garnish with lime.  Try raspberry schnapps instead of grenedine for a different kick. The grenedine should be allowed to trickle down over the drink, hence the name "sunset"
