Mix rum, lemon juice, orange juice and peach schnapps together with plenty of ice in a shaker. Pour in to a chilled glass.  Then pour the Creme de Cassis in to the glass allowing the red liquor to form a layer at the bottom of the glass.  Garnish with cherries, orange or lemon to taste

Place syrup and lemon juice in 12 oz. glass. Fill with crushed ice and add rum and Cognac. Stir. Top with port. Garnish with strawberry or lemon wheel.

1 oz Cuervo Tequila
1 oz Blue Curacao
6 dashes Tabasco sauce
 fill with   chilled Zima

Add all ingredients to mug, Zima last. Pour once hard into shaker, gently back into mug. Use more tabasco if less sweetness is desired.

In a frosted beer mug, add Galliano and Kahlua. Fill with beer or club soda. (Beer works best to produce a foamy, root beer-like "head.")

1 tsp. Sugar 
4 oz. Root Beer 
1 Maraschino Cherries

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, lemon juice, and sugar.  Shake well.  Strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes.  Add the root beer.  Stir well.  Garnish with the cherry.

Pour liqueurs over ice, top with lemonade and grated coconut.

Mix vodka and orange juice well.  Stir in the Jack Daniels and cinnamon Schnapps.  Add Beer and Coca-Cola simultaneously, and mix well.

1 tsp. 151-Proof Rum 
1/2 tsp. Powdered Sugar 
1 dash Bitters 
1 tsp. Water
Twist of peel of Lime 

Stir powdered sugar, water, and bitters in an old-fashioned glass. When sugar has dissolved add ice cubes and light rum. Add the twist of lime peel, float 151-proof rum on top, and serve.
