Combine bourbon, sugar, and bitters in a mixing glass. Pour into a chilled glass. Top it off with sparkling wine.  DO NOT STIR. Garnish with a slice of brandied peach.

Combine everything together in order it is listed, you may add Kool-Aid mix if desired, but make sure to add the lemon juice last. It is called an Arif because it will tend to block your nuts from getting off if you have too many of these.

Blend schnapps, cream of coconut, half-and-half, and 2 cups of crushed ice in an electric blender at a high speed. Pour contents into a collins glass. Decorate with an apple slice and a cherry. Serve with a straw.

Carbonated Water

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add all ingredients. Shake and strain mixture into a glass filled with about 1 oz. of crushed ice.

1/2 tsp. Powdered Sugar
2 oz. Club Soda 
2 oz. Apricot Brandy

in collins glass, dissolve powdered sugar and club soda.  Stir and fill glass with cracked ice and add brandy.  Add club soda or ginger ale and stir again.  Insert a spiral of orange or lemon peel and dangle end over rim of glass.

For one serving, take all of the alcoholic beverages and empty into a plain ordinary 16oz cup.  Add Sprite into cup and cover cup.  Shake until well mixed up.  Finally add a dash or two of lemon juice and then lime juice.  Do not stir in the fruit juices.  Serve slightly chilled and enjoy.
