MIAMI VICE

5 oz. Bacardi 151®
1 Part Daiquiri Mix
1 Part Piña Colada Mix

First: Mix pina colada with 2.5 oz. of rum w/ ice(set aside). Second: Mix daquiri with 2.5 oz. of rum w/ ice. Third: While frozen, add pina colda mix then daquiri mix in glass (Making sure they do not get mixed together).

MICHEAL'S DOWNFALL

1 oz. Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum®
2 Splashes Grenadine
fill Orange Juice
1/2 Cranberry juice

Take glass and add 4 ice cubes.  Pour in the rum and then add grenedine, followed by equal parts orange juice and cranberry juice.

3 oz. Thunderbird®
7 oz. Lemon Lime soda

Put some ice in a highball glass.  Pour Thunderbird over the ice and then fill the glass with 7-Up.

3 oz. Tomato Juice
1 dash Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Worchestershire® sauce
3 drops Tabasco® Sauce
1 Lime Wedge

Shake all ingredients (except lime wedge) with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the wedge of lime and serve.

4 oz. Lemonade 
Splash 7-Up

In collins glass filled with ice, combine the berry tattoo & lemonade. Top with a splash of 7-up. Garnish with lemon wedge.

1 Bourbon 
1 Brandy
1 Chocolate Syrup
1 Coca Cola®
1 Scotch

Mix equal amounts of Liquor and 2 drops of Choc Syrup and 2 drops Amaretto and fill a tall glass with Cola.  This is a heavy hitting drink so if you want to cut the power down mix less liquor.  Cheers!!!!

Muddle mint leaves, powdered sugar, and water in a collins glass. Fill glass with shaved or crushed ice and add bourbon. Top with more ice and garnish with a mint sprig. Serve with a straw.

3 Quarts Ginger Ale
1 Gal. Fruit punch
1 Quart Lemon Juice
2 lb. Sugar 
1 Quart Pineapple Juice

Combine all but ginger ale and ice. Chill. Add ginger ale and ice before serving.

3 oz. Scotch
3 dashes Pernod

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add all ingredients. Shake and pour into a glass.

2 mint leaves

Place 1 mint leaf in bottom of 10 oz. glass. Fill with crushed ice. Add rum, sugar, lime juice, stir, add soda. Garnish with mint leaf.

Throw all ingredents in a plastic milk jug and drink.

2 oz. Vodka
2 oz. Gin

3 dashes Lime Juice
fill With Coca Cola®

Pour the ingredients into a large cup.  Preferably one like like the super-sized cups at McDonald's.  Then fill almost to the top with

Stir with ice in mixing glass. Strain into old fashioned glass over plenty of ice.

Rum extract

mix all ingredients in a very large bowl.  Do not totally melt ice cream. Heat up rum extract and put in before serving.  Serve drink with small lumps of ice cream.

Cranberry juice to color; Stir in tall glass with ice.

2 dashes Angostura Bitters
3 drops Blue Curacao
1 oz. Brandy
1 fill Club Soda 
1 oz. Scotch
0.5 tsp. Sugar Syrup
1 dash Pernod

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add all ingredients except club soda. Shake and strain over ice into a glass. Fill up with club soda. Stir with a bar spoon coated with powdered sugar.

1 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Dark Rum 
1 tbs. Pineapple Juice
1 tbs. Lime Juice
1/2 tsp. Powdered Sugar 

Rub rim of old-fashioned glass with lime juice. Dip rim in powdered sugar. Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into the sugar-rimmed glass over ice cubes, and serve.

MOTHER'S MILK

1 Lbs. Ice Cream 
64 oz. Milk 
5 oz. Irish Cream
1 oz. Grain Alcohol
2 tsp. Sugar 
2 Dashes. Whipped Cream

Mix the ice cream with the milk in a large bowl. Stir and allow the ice cream to melt. Next add the alcohol and stir. Add the sugar and the whip cream and stir again. More sugar and whip cream will be needed if grain alcohol is used.  Chill and serve.

1/2 oz. Goldschlager®
1/2 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum

Pour Jaegermeister into triple shot glass. Add Peppermint schnapps then Goldshlager. Top with Malibu.

1.5 oz. Rum 
1 oz. Orange Juice
0.5 oz. Ginger Ale
0.25 oz. Milk 
0.25 oz. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Pepper

Mix rum, orange juice, and ginger ale.  Add milk then squeeze the lemon juice. Add pepper(optional) and serve on the rocks.

Combine ingredients in an empty shaker.  Shake vigorously then pour contents into a tall cocktail glass filled with crushed ice.  Garnish with a slice of orange, a wedge of pineapple or a cherry (or all three).
