Stir vigorously until it has the consistency

juice.  Shake well.  Strain into an old-
fashioned glass almost filled with crushed 
ice.  Drizzle the cherry brandy over the top.

50 Lager Beer
80.0 ml. Cherry Liqueur
50 Cherry Cola

Pour the beer (German Lager is best) 
into a 1 litre glass. Add 60ml of Cherry Liqueur 
(3 European spirit measures). Top up the glass 
with Coke; Cherry Coke works best. Pour 
the last spirit measure of Cherry Liqueur into 
the huge head.

40 oz. Gin
40 oz. Vodka
26 oz. Blue Curacao
2 litres Passion Fruit Juice 

Mix up into a small garbage can (clean 
one if you please).  Stir over ice or straight 
up, depending on quantity to be consumed.
Servings are truly 5 to 25 varying on the size 
of the glass. For those keen on regurgitation, 
three committed friends should complete the 
job...or maybe two.

until the glass is almost full. Add the gin.  
Stir well.  Garnish with the cherry and the 
orange and lemon slices.

1 spiral of Orange 
Twist of peel of Lemon 

Stir powdered sugar and 2 oz. carbonated 
water in a collins glass. Fill glass with ice 
and add gin. Fill with carbonated water and 
stir. Add the lemon peel and the orange 
spiral so that the end of the orange spiral 
dangles over rim of glass.

Carbonated Water 

Shake gin, juice of lemon, and powdered 
sugar with ice and strain into a highball

Muddle sugar with carbonated water 
and mint sprigs in an old-fashioned glass. 
Add gin and 1 ice cube. Stir, add the 
orange slice and the cherry, and serve.

1 1/2 oz. Gin
1 tsp. Grenadine
1 tbs. Powdered Sugar 
3 chunks Pineapple 
2 Whole Strawberries 
Carbonated Water 

Stir gin, grenadine, and powdered sugar 
with ice and strain into a highball glass 
over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water 
and stir. Decorate with the pineapple 
chunks and the strawberries and serve.

2 tsp. Water
1/2 tsp. Powdered Sugar 
Twist of peel of Lemon 

Mix powdered sugar and water in an 
old-fashioned glass. Add gin and one ice 
cube. Stir, add the twist of lemon peel,

1 shot Gin
6 oz. Mountain Dew®
1 Splash Sprite
1 Lime Wedge

Pour 1 shot of your favorite Gin into a 
highball glass half filled with ice.  Add 
Mountain Dew till glass is almost filled, 
then give it a splash of Sprite.  Stir well, 
and garnish with a lime wedge.

2 oz. Gin
5 oz. Ginger Ale

Fill a Highball glass almost full of ice cubes.  
Pour Gin and Ginger Ale into glass.

2 oz. Vodka

Mix the vodka, rum and drambuie then

1/2 shot Ouzo

If using Ouzo, use equal parts of all.
Amaretto and Drambuie finish it off with a 
delightfully smooth yet sweet aftertaste. 
Gold Tequila is preferred.

1 oz. Whiskey
1/2 oz. Brandy
1 tbs. Raspberry Simple Syrup
Juice of 1/2 Lemon

1/2 Egg White 

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a 
highball glass over ice cubes, and serve.

1/2 cup Hot Cocoa
1 shot Peppermint Schnapps
1 shot Chocolate Liqueur

Pour 1/2 cup Hot Cocoa into a Brandy 
Snifter.  Add 1 shot of Peppermint Schnapps 
(Rumple Minze).  Add 1 shot of Chocolate 
Liqueur (Godiva).  Stir.  Top with Whip 
Cream.

Mix ingredients together in large glass. 
Stir well and add ice. Sip. Shudder. Add
