4 warmed heatproof glass mugs or goblets. 
Pour in coffee to 1 inch of top; spoon topping

Fill a cup half full of Vanilla Ice Cream.
Then add about a half tablespoon of 
Cinnamon. Then fill the cup with IBC 
cream soda to about half-way. Then add 
about 4 oz. of amaretto (or to your taste).
Mix all ingredients well and wait until the 
ice cream melts to drink....

3/4 oz Midori melon liqueur

Orange.  Stir gently.
