5 Parts Coffee 
2 Parts Vodka
1 Sugar 

Add the coffee first , then add alcohol and 
finally you should add the sugar. Shake 
well :c)

1 cup Hot Cocoa
3/4 oz. Kahlua®
3/4 oz. Triple Sec 
Several Marshmallows

Rinse out a large mug with boiling water, 
add steaming hot chocolate, and stir in 
liqueurs.  Top with marshmallow.,  Tia 
Maria or Creme de Cacao may be used 
in place of the Kahlua.

SLALOM STEAMER

1/2 oz. Package Hot Cocoa Mix
1/2 tsp. Instant Coffee
Boiling Water
1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Gold Reserve®
Cinnamon 

Add cocoa mix and coffee to a warmed 
mug and fill almost to the top with boiling 
water.  Stir in rum and mix well.  For a 
richer drink use milk instead of water.  
Sprinkle with ground cinnamon or nutmeg.

SNOWBERRY

3/4 oz. Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum®
1/2 oz. Strawberry Schnapps
5 oz. Water
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Grenadine
1 cinnamon stick

Heat liquids and serve in a heated mug. 
Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

1 fill Hot Cocoa Mix
1 Whipped Cream
1.5 oz. Peppermint Schnapps

Pour peppermint schnapps into a mug and 
fill with hot chocolate. Top with whipped 
cream.

ST. VINCENT HOT BUTTERED RUM

1 tbs. Brown Sugar
Small Lemon Peel 
cloves
cinnamon stick
2 oz. Dark Rum
1 oz. Creme de Cacao 
Pat Butter
ground Nutmeg

Put brown sugar into a warmed, heat-proof 
mug with peel studded with cloves and 
cinnamon stick.  Pour in a little boiling water 
and stir until sugar is dissolved.  Add rum, 
creme de Cacao, and fill with boiling water.  
Stir and top with butter and grated nutmeg.

SUMMER TEA

2 cups Sugar 
1 cup Grape Juice
1 cup Lemon Juice
1 1/2 Gal. Iced Tea

Make the tea and add all the stuff. Mix and 
enjoy.

TACO-MANCER

1 shot Espresso
2 shots Peach Schnapps
1 can Dr. Pepper®

Put ingredients in jar (make sure it's a 
quart one!), espresso first, then schnapps, 
finally Dr. Pepper.  Swirl, smell, enjoy!

2 oz. Jose Cuervo® Tequila
1 oz. Kahlua®
4 oz. Cold Hot Chocolate

Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes.  Pour 
all ingredients into shaker and shake well.  
Fill an Irish coffee glass almost full of 
crushed ice, and strain drink into Irish Coffee 
glass.

TEA-RIFFIC

6 oz. Triple Sec 
6 oz. Tea 
5 Ice
2 Lemon Wedge

Pour in the 6 oz. of triple sec to the sweet 
tea and add the juice of 2 lemon wedges 
to it.  Leave lemon wedges in drink then 
add 5 ice cubes. Stir gently.

THAI COFFEE

6 Coffee Beans
1/4 tsp. Coriander
5 Cardamom
Sugar 
Whipped Cream
Ice

Place the coffee and spices in the filter 
cone of your coffee maker. Brew coffee 
as usual, let it cool. In a tall glass, 
dissolve 1 or 2 teaspoons of sugar in an 
ounce of the coffee (it's easier to dissolve 
than if you put it right over ice). Add 5-6 
ice cubes and pour coffee to within about 
1 inch of the top of the glass. Rest a 
spoon on top of the coffee and slowly 
pour whipping cream into the spoon.  This 
will make the cream float on top of the 
coffee rather than dispersing into it right 
away.

1 oz. Coffee 
1 oz. Whiskey
0.5 oz. Irish Cream
0.25 oz. Frangelica

Combine contents into coffee mug, add 
whipped cream as desired

2 tsp. Brown Creme de Cacao
4 oz. Coffee

2 cl. Sambuca
2 cl. Bailey's Irish Cream®
2 cl. Mint liqueur

add all and pour black coffee and add 
whipped cream on top.
