1 1/2 oz. Sauza® Tequila
3/4 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Sloe Gin 

Blend or shake with ice and strain. Pour into chilled 
cocktail glass.

1 1/4 oz. Myer's® Dark rum
1 oz. Creme de Coconut
4 oz. Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz. Chambord
3 dashes Grenadine

Thoroughly blend first 4 ingredients with a large scoop 
of crushed ice. Pour into large goblet and top with 
grenadine. Garnish with pineapple flag or flower.

1 1/4 oz. Myer's® Dark rum
2 oz. Grapefruit Juice 
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 artificial sweetener packet
8 oz. Crushed Ice

Blend until slushy.

Combine in a blender with ice, strain into a chilled

Pour all ingredients into a Blender.  Blend well at High

3 oz. Irish Cream
1 oz. Tabasco® Sauce
1 oz. Absolute Vodka®
1 cup Plain Yogurt
2 Beef Bouillon 

blend yogurt, Irish creme, and Tabasco. Pour into 
highball glass and slowly pour vodka so it settles on 
the top. Crumble beef bouillon into vodka. Garnish 
with lemon.

1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum
1/4 cup Strawberries 

Blend with cracked ice until smooth, garnish with 
strawberry.

STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM

1 oz. Strawberry Peach Schnapps
2 oz. Half 'n Half
1 1/2 tbs. Sugar 
3 Whole Strawberries 

Place schnapps, half-and-half, sugar, and 2 cups 
of crushed ice in an electric blender and blend at a 
high speed. Add 2 of the strawberries and blend 
for 10 seconds. Pour into a parfait glass,  top 
with the other strawberry, and serve with a straw.

1/2 cup Strawberries 

Blend until smooth.

2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
6 oz. Frozen Limeade concentrate
6 oz. Dark Rum
3 oz. 151 Proof Rum
20.0 oz. Frozen Strawberries

Put strawberries, Limeade and Ice cream in blender. 
Pour Rums over other ingredients.  Blend until smooth.

0.75 oz. Cream de Cacao
3 oz. Strawberries 
5 oz. Ice Cream

STRAWBERRY SPARKLE PUNCH

28.0 oz. Cranberry juice
3 oz. Jello® (Strawberry)
28.0 oz. Ginger Ale
6 oz. Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
4 cup Strawberries 
1 cup Hot water
2 cup Water

Puree strawberries in blender; place puree in large 
punch bowl. Strain, if desired, to remove seeds. 
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in lemonade 
concentrate.  Add mixture to punch bowl.  Add 
cranberry cocktail and cold water. Slowly add ginger

12 oz. Frozen Hawaiian Punch Mix
6 oz. Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
1/2 Peach Brandy
1/2 Jose Cuervo® Tequila

3 Parts white Chocolate liqueur
2 Parts Bailey's Irish Cream®

Add Godiva and the Bailey's in a blender. Add ice 
to desired thickness. Blend well.

1 1/4 oz. Jose Cuervo® Tequila
1 1/4 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 1/4 oz. Grapefruit Juice 
1/2 oz. Honey
1/2 oz. Grenadine
2 oz. Vanilla Ice Cream

blend ingredients until smooth, parfait glass and garnish 
with an orange slice and cherry

THE KUMQUAT

1 1/2 oz. 151 Proof Rum
1 Mango
1 Kumquat
8 oz. Orange Juice
1 tsp. Sugar 

Blended and strained, serve on the rocks with a dash of 
either cherry juice or grenadine.  Do not stir before serving.

Variations:

Texas - Replace Rum with Whiskey

Hawaiian - Add 2 or 3 tbsp. crushed pineapple

Russian - Replace Rum with Vodka

THE WHITE STEYN

1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Gin

Blend and pour over crushed ice with a twist. Order of 
addition can be reversed if necessary. Tanquery and 
Sapphire seem to work the best. Perfect for those 
times when no mixer is handy.

3/4 oz. Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum®
1/2 oz. Creme de Banana 
2 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Sour Mix
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. Grenadine
8 oz. Crushed Ice

Blend all except grenadine until slushy. Pour grenadine 
over, stir slightly.

0.5 oz. Light Rum
0.5 oz. Dark Rum
0.5 oz. Vodka
0.5 oz. Jose Cuervo® Tequila
0.5 oz. Gin

Pour all ingredients into a Blender.  Blend well at 
High speed.  Pour drink into a Collins glass.

Combine all ingredients in a blender.

0.5 oz. Bacardi Light Rum®

Mix all ingredients in a blender with crushed ice.

3 Bacardi Light Rum®
3 Tropicana® (orange-passion Twister)
1 Rose's® Lime Juice
1 Sweet & Sour mix
3 Daiquiri Mix
4 Crushed Ice

pour ingredients into blender over crushed ice blend 
until you see the top of the mix stop moving pour into 
margarita glass and garnish with a lemon or lime slice... 
(by the way, this makes 1 to 2 servings only) hope ya 
enjoy it...

TOBLERONE

1 Coffee Liqueur
4 Cream
1 white creme de cacao
2 Frangelico
0.5 tsp. Honey
1 tsp. Irish Cream

Blend with and pour.

TROPICAL ORANGE CRUSH

1 shot Amaretto
5 Crushed Ice
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
0.6 cups Orange Juice
1 Pineapple Slice

Blend orange juice, pineapple and lemon juice for 
30 seconds. Serve over cubes of ice in tall glass. 
Makes 1 serving.

ULTIMATE BLUE FROZEN MARGARITA

3 oz Tequila
1 oz Blue Curacao
2 oz Lime Juice
1 cup Ice

Pour ingredient into a blender, over the ice, in order 
listed. Blend on "high" for a few seconds until drink has 
a consistency a bit icier than a slurpee.  Take lime 
wedge and run it over the edges of the margarita 
glass, then, upturned, place the wetted rims into 
course salt.  Pour the now ready margarita into the now 
salted glasses and serve.

2 oz Lime Juice
1 cup Ice

Pour ingredient into a blender, over the ice, in order 
listed. Blend on "high" for a few seconds until drink has 
a consistancy a bit icier than a slurpee.  Take lime

1.5 oz. Coconut Cream
1 cup Crushed Ice

Pour all ingredients into a Blender.  Blend well at High 
speed. Pour drink into a Collins glass and garnish with 
a Pineapple slice and a Maraschino Cherry.

0.5 Ice
3 oz. Vodka

add all ingredients into a blender, mix, and pour into a 
tall glass.

0.5 oz. Melon liqueur
0.5 oz. Grenadine
2 Juice of Pineapple 
1 Juice of Lime 

blend all ingredients with ice. garnish with cherry and

1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Creme de Cacao 
1/2 cup Vanilla Ice Cream

Mix in blender until smooth

Blend all ingredients in a blender with a scoop of crushed

1 oz Spiced rum (Cpt. Morgan)
1/2 cup Milk

1 splash Lime Juice

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Makes 2

2 Banana
1 cup Orange Juice
2 oz. Rum 
2 oz. Vodka

Mix all ingredients in a blender and 1 1/2-2 cups ice 
until smooth.  May need to add a tsp or two of sugar if 
too tart.
