KAHLUA AND ICED CREAM

4 scoops chocolate Ice-cream
2 shots Milk 
2 oz Kahlua

Mix in a blender by adding the ice cream first, followed 
by the milk, then add the Kahlua. Blend until smooth.

1 1/2 oz. Kahlua®
1 oz. Rum 
1/2 oz. Cream
1 oz. Coconut Cream
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz. Lime Juice

Blend for 30 sec with 1/2 cup ice

15 cl. Milk 
1 Egg 
2 tsp. Honey

Prepare in a blender with a little ice, serve in a long 
drink glass.

KEY LIME QUENCHER

1 1/4 oz. Myer's® Dark rum
1 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
3 oz. Heavy Cream
1 oz. Creme de Coconut
1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
12 oz. Crushed Ice

Combine ingredients in blender until smooth. Serve 
in 16 oz. specialty glass. Garnish with lime wheel 
and sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.

1/2 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream®
1/2 oz. Brown Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/4 oz. Kahlua®

Mix the ingredients in the blender with ice. Tastes 
like a chocolate shake.

1 oz. Creme de Banana 
1 oz. Brown Creme de Cacao
4 oz. Vanilla Ice Cream

Blend liquor with 1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream.
Granish with ground nutmeg.

blend ingredients with 1 cup crushed ice until

1 Plain Yogurt
2 Water
4 Sugar 
Salt 
2 Lemon Juice

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until 
nice and frothy. Serve chilled.

1 Scoop Ice
2 Scoops Yogurt
1 Splash Lemon Juice
8 Sugar 
3 Salt 
1 squirt rosewater

Mix them all together in a blender. The measurements 
are not precise because you oughtta just throw 
everything in to taste. This is mainly here to help 
out those, like myself, who tried making the Sweet 
Lassi with the other Sweet Lassi recipe, and found out 
that it was pretty bad - watery, not sweet, et cetera. 
Ice is the key.

LASSI RAITA

2 Plain Yogurt
6 Ice
Sugar 
Lime 
Salt 

Blend the yoghurt and ice cubes together, until the 
yoghurt becomes more liquid. Add sugar to taste. 
The lemon/lime is optional but it gives it a slightly 
tart taste. Dash of salt. Raita is also good for the 
summer. Instead of having a traditional salad you 
can make raita instead.

0.75 oz. Absolut Citron®
0.75 oz. Bacardi Limon Rum®
1 tsp. Grenadine
fill With Lemon Lime soda
1 dash Sweet & Sour mix
Top With Lemon 

In your metal combine 3/4 Citron and 3/4 shot of 
Bacardi Limon, add sweet and sour, and the grenadine. 
Shake it or flash blend it, pour into a glass full of Ice 
and top with Lemon Lime soda. Squeeze a lemon and 
lime wedge on the top.

1 1/4 oz. Sambuca
1/2 oz. Coconut Liqueur
2 oz. Light Cream

blend ingredients with crushed ice until smooth, pour 
into parfait glass, cut the ends off of a black licorice 
stick and use as straw/garnish

1 1/4 oz. Myer's® Dark rum
3 oz. Orange Juice
1 1/2 oz. Cranberry juice

Blend, serve over rocks. Garnish with Lizard.

1/2 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum
1/2 oz. Myer's® Dark rum
1 oz. Amaretto
1 oz. Plain Yogurt
1/2 oz. Honey
3 oz. Strawberry Puree
1/4 oz. Cranberry juice
1/4 oz. Pineapple Juice
1/4 oz. Orange Juice

Place all contents into blender. Add ice and blend 
to desired thickness. Garnish with an orange and a 
cherry. This was the best selling frozen at Baton

1 Splash Cream
0.5 oz. Melon liqueur
3 oz. Pineapple Juice
1.5 oz. Light Rum
0.5 oz. Dark Rum

In a blender combine about 3 oz. crushed ice and all 
ingredients (dark rum is optional). Blend on medium 
until smooth and pour into a glass.

1/4 oz. Creme de Menthe 
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice

Mix in a shaker or blender with ice and strain into

Beer Mug

MOCHA MUDSLIDE MILKSHAKE

1 cup Skim Milk
2/3 cup Banana
2 tbs. Sugar 
1 tsp. Instant Coffee
1/4 cup Vanilla low-fat frozen yoghurt

Place first 4 ingredients in a blender and blend until 
smooth.  Freeze in blender container for 1 hour or 
until slightly frozen.  Loosen frozen mixture from the 
sides of blender container, add yoghurt and blend 
until smooth. Garnish with banana slices. Serve 
immediately.

1 oz. Blackberry Liqueur
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Light Cream
3 oz. Vanilla Ice Cream

blend ingredients until smooth and serve in large 
red wine glass

MORNING STAR

1 tsp. Honey
1 tsp. Sugar 
3 Pineapple Chunks
10 Pineapple Juice
1 fill Mineral Water

Blend in an electric blender. Pour into a medium 
glass and add a small piece of vanilla stick.

3 oz. Amaretto
1 1/2 oz. Coconut Milk 
3 Pineapple Chunks

Blend with ice until smooth. (2 C.)

OGRE DRINK

2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
3 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum
4 oz. Coca Cola®

Put all ingred. in a bleander and blend untill smooth. 
Pour into a beer mug and enjoy

OLD-TIME STRAWBERRY SHAKE

1 tsp. Honey
8 oz. Milk 
4 oz. Strawberries 

Fill blender with several ice cubes and add all ingredients. 
Blend until smooth and pour into a glass.

ORANG A TANG

1 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Triple Sec 
1 Splash Grenadine
6 oz. Orange Juice
1 Splash Sour Mix
1 oz. 151 Proof Rum

lightly blend all ingredients except rum, strain into 
large snifter 1/2 filled with ice cubes, float rum on 
top, garnish with tropical fruits

Brandy Snifter

ORANGE CREAM

6 oz. Orange Juice
2 tsp. Grenadine
1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
0.25 cup Crushed Ice

Pour all ingredients into a Blender.  Blend well at 
High speed.  Pour drink into a Collins glass and 
garnish with a Pineapple Slice and a Maraschino 
Cherry.

1 cup Ice
1 cup Milk 
1 cup Orange Juice
0.25 cup Sugar 
0.5 tsp. Vanilla Bean

Combine in a blender all the ingredients. Blend until frothy. 
You might have to pre-chop the ice, if your blender has 
trouble with ice cubes

1 Orange

2 dashes Grenadine

Blend with crushed ice. Garnish with a slice of pineapple

Pour all ingredients into a Blender.  Blend well at High

Shaved Coconut.

Peel and dice the peaches, blend with ice until smooth.

1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps

1 oz. Creme de Cacao

1/2 oz. Green Creme de Menthe
1/2 oz. chocolate mint liqueur

3 oz. Light Cream

blend ingredients with 1 cup ice until all ice is crushed, 
pour into hurricane or parfait glass, top with whipped 
cream and garnish with cookie and cherry

1.5 oz. Brandy
1 oz. Peppermint Schnapps

In a blender, add above ingredients to 4 oz. cracked ice.
Blend at low speed until smooth, and pour into glass.

1 Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
1 Frozen Strawberries
1 Fifth Light Rum

Blend until smooth & freeze until slushy, mix well, 
freeze completely. Mix equal amounts slush and 7-up 
per serving.

2 oz. Light Rum
0.5 oz. Triple Sec

0.5 oz. Lemon Juice

Pour all ingredients into a Blender.  Blend well at High 
speed.  Pour drink into a Collins glass.

1/2 oz. Rum 
1/2 oz. Apricot Brandy
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Cream
1 oz. Crushed Pineapple 

Blend all ingredients with 1 cup crushed ice in an electric 
blender at a high speed for 5 seconds. Pour into a 
champagne flute and serve.

Combine all ingredients in an electric blender and blend 
at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a

Mix all ingredients in a blender except the beer, pour into

1 oz. Grande Passion Liquor
2 oz. Vodka

Ice

Blend with very cold ice, serve in a huge wine glass, 
garnish  as follows: Cut a lemon in half, and make a small 
hole in the lemon.  Insert the stem of a white rose into the 
lemon and put the lemon in the bottom of the glass. 
(The lemon acts as a stand for the rose, and adds flavor. 

White Wine Glass

PURPLE SMURF

12.0 oz. Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
6 oz. Sloe Gin 
6 oz. Strawberry Schnapps
6 oz. Vodka
6 oz. Blueberry Schnapps

Pour all ingredients into blender.  Fill with ice cubes. 
Blend until slushy.

PUSSER'S PAINKILLER

4 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Creme de Coconut
1 oz. Orange Juice
2 oz. Pusser's Imported Rum
Nutmeg  Cinnamon 

Without ice, blend shake or stir the pineapple juice, 
cream of coconut, orange juice and Pusser's rum.  Pour 
over ice and top with nutmeg and touch of cinnamon.

Note:  Up to four ounces of rum can be added to taste.

RASPBERRY TEQUILA

1 Ice
75.0 ml. Raspberry Syrup
10 Jose Cuervo® Tequila

Take a blender, and fill it half-way with ice cubes.  Add 
syrup and blend until it becomes slushy.  Add more ice 
and tequila, then, after blending once more, pour into 
salted glasses.  Drink through straws.

mix vodka and o.j. in blender with ice. add champagne

SAN JUAN COCKTAIL

1 oz. Light Rum
1/4 151 Proof Rum
1 oz. Grapefruit Juice 
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1/4 oz. Coconut Cream

Mix everything except the 151 rum in a shaker or blender 
with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and float the 151 on 
top.

1 oz. Jamaican Rum
0.75 oz. Kahlua®
2 dashes Half 'n Half
1 oz. Coconut Cream
3 oz. Pineapple Juice

Blend with ice and garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Pour all ingredients into a Blender.  Blend well at Low
