Mix well in blender until smooth. Serve in specialty glass.

3/4 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream®
1/2 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum
3/4 oz. Milk 

Shake or Blend til frothy, then pour over ice and garnish 
with toasted coconut.

1 oz. Light Rum 
5 tbs. Vanilla Ice Cream 
1/4 oz. Whipped Cream
Shredded Coconut 

Combine all ingredients (except coconut) in an electric 
blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. 
Pour into a chilled champagne flute, garnish with shredded 
coconut, and serve.

COOL WATER

1 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum
1 oz. Vodka
0.5 oz. Triple Sec 
0.5 oz. Curacao 
1 oz. Lime Juice
4 oz. Lemon Lime soda

Option 1  Shake and strain all ingredients into Collins 
glass, garnish with an Orange-Cherry flag.

Option 2   Mix contents with 1 scoop of ice, and blend. 
Garnish with an Orange-Cherry flag.

Blend liquor with 2 scoops of ice cream with ice.

1 1/2 Pineapple Juice
1/2 Pineapple Chunks
1 large carrot, peeled and chopped

Place all ingredients in the blender jar - cover and 
whiz on medium speed until well blended. Pour in 
one tall, 2 medium or 3 small glasses and drink up.

FIERCE FROSTY

1 Part Coffee Liqueur
1 Part Creme de Cacao 
1 Part Creme de Menthe 
2 Ice
1 Part Vodka

Blend Vodka, Creme de Cacao, Creme de Menthe, 
Ice until the ice is crushed and drink appears smooth. 
Then add the Coffee Liqueur on each drink.

1 1/2 oz. Gin
3/4 oz. Triple Sec 
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
dash Angostura Bitters

Blend with cracked ice until smooth

Old Fashioned Glass

FLORIDITA SPECIAL

1 1/4 oz. Myer's® Dark rum
1/2 oz. Grenadine
4 dashes Grapefruit Juice 
1/6 oz. Lime Juice
3/4 cup Crushed Ice

Blend at high speed in a blender, until smooth. Pour 
into wine goblet. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Mix together.  Blend at highest blender speed for

3 oz. Egg Nog
3 cup Vanilla Ice Cream

blend ingredients until smooth, pour into parfait glass, 
top with whipped, cream decorated with a few drops 
of green creme de menthe, garnish with rolled cookie

1 1/2 oz. Applejack 
1 tbs. Lime Juice
1 tsp. Sugar 
1/2 Egg White 

Blend all ingredients with 1 cup crushed ice in an 
electric blender at a low speed for a short length of time. 
Pour into an old-fashioned glass and serve.

FROZEN BLACK IRISH

1 oz. Coffee Liqueur
0.5 cup Chocolate Ice Cream
1 oz. Irish Cream
1 oz. Vodka

Mix ingredients in a blender and then add ice.  Blend 
until smooth. Yields a mocha milk shake that sneaks 
up on you.  Very rich.

2 oz. Bacardi Light Rum®
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1/3 cup Ice

Put all the ingredient into a blender. Blend at medium 
speed for about 20 seconds. pour into a old-fashioned 
glass

FROZEN CITRON NEON

1 1/2 oz. Absolut Citron®
1 oz. Melon liqueur
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1 oz. Sour Mix

blend ingredients until smooth, pour into parfait glass 
and garnish with lemon slice and cherry

FROZEN DAIQUIRI

1 1/2 oz. Light Rum 
1 tbs. Triple Sec 
1 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1 tsp. Sugar 
1 Cherry 
1 cup Crushed Ice

Combine all ingredients (except for the cherry) in an 
electric blender and blend at a low speed for five seconds, 
then blend at a high speed until firm. Pour contents into a 
champagne flute, top with the cherry, and serve.

1/2 oz. Triple Sec 
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1 slice Lemon 

Blend all ingredients (except lemon slice) with 1 cup 
crushed ice in an electric blender at low speed for 5 
seconds, then blend at high speed until firm. Pour 
into a cocktail glass, add the lemon slice, and serve.

2 oz. Light Rum 
1 tbs. Lime Juice
6 leaves of Mint 
1 tsp. Sugar 

Combine all ingredients with 1 cup of crushed ice in 
an electric blender. Blend at a low speed for a short 
length of time. Pour into an old-fashioned glass and 
serve.

FROZEN MINT JULEP

2 oz. Bourbon 
1 oz. Lemon Juice
5 Mint Sprig
1 oz. Sugar Syrup

Muddle bourbon, lemon juice, syrup, and mint leaves 
in a glass and then pour into a blender. Add about 6 oz. 
of crushed ice and blend on high for 15 or 20 seconds. 
Pour mixture into a chilled glass.

2 oz. Vodka
2 oz. Kahlua®
2 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream®
6 oz. Vanilla Ice Cream

Blend alcohol with ice cream. Serve in frosted glass.

1 cups Ice Cream 
0.5 cup Milk 
5 shot Rye
2 shot Sambuca
5 Strawberries 

Put milk and Ice cream in a blender.  Stir it up.  Throw 
in the strawberries. Add the rye and Sambuca drink and 
enjoy.

1 oz. Banana Liqueur
2 oz. Gin
1 oz. Grain Alcohol
4 oz. Ice
2 Beef Bouillon 

Mix all ingredients in blender. Garnish with celery if 
desired.

1 Banana
4 oz. Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
1/2 Mixed Fruit
1/2 Ice

Blend til smooth.

4 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Creme de Coconut

Blend all ingredients until slushy.

GODIVA CHOCOLATE COVERED BANANA

0.5 Banana
2 oz. Godiva® Liqueur
0.5 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
0.5 oz. Dark Rum

Pour Godiva into blender. Add rum, banana and ice 
cream. Blend until smooth. Pour into serving glass. 
Garnish with banana slice.  Makes 2 drinks

1 part Bailey's irish cream
1 part Sambuca
1 splash Soda 
 fill with Ice

Cocktail can be served on the rocks or blended until 
smooth.

GRAND GOLD MARGARITA

12 oz. Jose Cuervo® Margarita Mix
6 oz. Jose Cuervo® 1800 Tequila
3 oz. Grand Marnier®
3 oz. Cointreau®
1 Beer
fill Ice

Pour the the margarita mix, tequila, Cointreau, Grand 
Marnier, and beer into the blender.  For frozen margaritas, 
fill the blender with ice cubes and blend until the ice is 
crushed. (For margaritas on the rocks, use less ice and 
blend until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.)  The 
beer will create a frothy texture for the margarita. Dip the 
rim of the margarita glass in lime juice and then salt the 
rim with margarita salt.

Hairy Slut) (if ice blended in - Frigid Hairy Virgin) (if no cherry 
and blended - Hairy Bitch)

HAWAIIAN EYE

0.5 oz. Banana Liqueur
1.5 oz. Bourbon 
1 oz. Coffee Liqueur
1 oz. Heavy Cream
1 Egg White 
0.5 oz. Vodka
1 tsp. Pernod

Combine all ingredients in a blender and add 3 oz. of 
crushed ice. Blend on high for about 15 seconds. Pour 
straight into a chilled glass.

2 Parts Orange Juice
2 Parts Pineapple Juice
1 Part Malibu Coconut Rum

Pineapple - Orange juice already blended in a container 
is preferred!  Pour juice and Malibu Rum in a shaker with 
a few ice cubes.  Shake for as long as it takes you to say

HOPKINS NEOLITHIC EGG NOG

1 l. Bourbon 
1 l. Heavy Cream
12.0 Egg White 
12.0 Egg Yolk
1 l. Milk 
25 Dark Rum
1 ml. Salt 
10 Sugar 
20 Sugar 

Beat whites stiff; beat in 100 g sugar.  Beat yolks until 
light with 200g sugar and salt.  Combine and stir until 
blended. Add cream, milk and bourbon.  Beat well and 
add rum.  Store in cold cellar for a week. Serve with 
freshly grated nutmeg.

2 large scoops Vanilla Ice Cream

Blend all ingredients in an electric blender at a low speed 
for a short length of time. Pour into a highball glass and

1 can Orange Juice
1 Part Vodka
1 Part Triple Sec 

Dump frozen OJ concentrate into pitcher, instead of 
refilling container with water 3 times, fill with vodka once 
and triplesec twice. Mix well. serve on the rocks or works 
well as a blender drink.

1/2 oz. Strawberry Liqueur
1/4 oz. Banana Liqueur
2 oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. Orange Juice
2 Powdered Sugar

blend ingredients with crushed ice until smooth and 
pour into parfait glass, garnish with mint sprig and a 
maraschino cherry

1 oz. Jägermeister®
2 oz. Piña Colada Mix
2 oz. Pineapple Juice

Blend with ice.

4 tbs. Chocolate Syrup
12.0 oz. Gin
2 Ice
2 cups Milk 
6 oz. Vodka

In a large container (64oz+)place milk, Vanilla pudding, 
and Chocolate syrup, stir till blended. Put ice into 2nd 
container add Vodka and Gin then pour 1st container 
over ice. Shake till mixed. pour into large Glasses and 
sprinkle with cinnamon.
